Lake FarmPark

Pictures from our Family Fun Friday #2 to Lake FarmPark are up. Yes, the snow was falling but we still had a great time. The children were able to milk a cow, make stone soup, and pet baby piglets!

Giving Thanks!

Tt is for turkey! Our theme for this week and next week is Thanksgiving. We have been super busy getting ready for our feast, singing songs, making crafts, and learning letter Tt words! For our cooking lesson we made a healthy treat.....turkey wraps. Thanks Ryland for the great idea! If you have suggestions for our cooking lessons send them in.


Our stories include Ten Fat Turkeys, Turkey for Thanksgiving, Off to Plymouth Rock, When Tilly Turtle Went to Tea, Miss Spider's Tea, To Market To Market, T is for Turkey, and Run Turkey Run. Homework will be sent home on Friday which is a number matching activity that we did on our SMARTboard after reading Ten Fat Turkeys. if your child returns homework, they get to pick out a stamp or sticker. Remember there is no deadline on homework!

Please join us at our Thanksgiving Feast on Tuesday, Nov. 22nd in the cafeteria. The Feast will begin with the preschoolers doing a short singing performance at 100:00/2:00 followed by enjoying a light snack & refreshments. Check in at the office and then proceed to the cafeteria. We ask parents got to the cafeteria NOT the classroom as we will be preparing for our performance at the Feast. If you have question about helping at the Feast or food donations, please contact the Head Room Parent (Mrs. Query/AM or Mrs. Pascerella & Mrs. Jedrezejek/PM).
