.............This week if Gg week so we had lots of fun with the Gingerbread Baby! We read the story by Jan Brett (check out wesbite here), made gingerbread cookies, and even made a scratch and sniff gingerbread baby craft. It was so much fun and our classroom smells great!
Other stories this week include: Who'll Pull Santa's Sleigh, Ten Gingerbread Men, and Santa Duck.
Since it is the Holiday Season, we introduced our second Character Critter named Carrie. Carrie is a CARING cat. Handouts will be coming home for more information on caring and activities you can do at home.
On Tuesday the AM class traveled to the high school to watch the dress rehearsal Christmas Concert of the 1st-3rd graders. We were super busy writing letters to Santa too...I hope it gets them soon!
